    T-Mobile announces Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G

T-Mobile has just announced another smartphone that will be made available to the masses – the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G. This is another handset that will fall under T-Mobile’s range of 4G devices, the third actually, where the Galaxy S Blaze 4G will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor that runs on dual-cores at 1.5GHz. Not only that, your eyes will also appreciate the brilliant Super AMOLED touch screen display alongside a host of pre-loaded entertainment to help you get started right out of the box. No idea on pricing, but we do know that the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G is being prepared for a release slightly down the road. Patience, my friend, is the key to unlocking its promise. I would suppose it runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, although whether an Ice Cream Sandwich update is coming down the road or not remains to be seen. Andrew Sherrard, senior vice president, marketing, T-Mobile USA, has this to say, “Consumers want the accessibility...

Samsung introduces the inTouch camera for the HDTV

Some of you might remember when we covered the Biscotti, which enables HDTV video chats. Samsung recently unveiled a similar product with the inTouch. The inTouch is a 3 Megapixel camera that is designed for video chats, and a lot more. Unlike the Biscotti, which allows for communicating with GTalk members and other Biscotti users, the InTouch uses Skype, a very popular video chatting application. The inTouch also comes with a remote control that has a QWERTY keyboard plus a numerical one. This is also an improvement over a Biscotti, as the remote only allows for arrow keys and makes it very difficult in setting up or entering in contact information. This keyboard will enable you for web browsing. Yes, the InTouch allows you to surf the web as well as send or receive emails. In one press of a button, you can have access to news, weather, horoscopes, and even more. You can also upload, archive, and view photos with family and friends. By the way, do you want to watch some Y...

Samsung Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor debuts at CES 2012

Las Vegas is the landing strip for many a gadget at CES 2012, and Samsung does not want to miss out on the party with their spanking new Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor which delivers industry leading design, technology and security in a single device. New parents might find it especially useful, while the older parents (or those who already have a few kids) will probably give a gander at this and go, “Meh!” while continuing their lives with their gut instinct (and experience, of course). Still, those who want to follow the adage that it is better to be safe that sorry might want to see what Samsung’s Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor brings to the table (or home, rather). This “third eye” of sorts might prove to be the ultimate solution in helping parents keep an eye out for their kids even when they are in a different room. Samsung wants to ensure that you have a pleasant experience right from the get go, by offering free apps for mobile platforms, including the Android...

    Samsung M370 arrives at Sprint

Most of us are so caught up with smartphones as well as the kind of entertainment it delivers to the table, that we tend to forget that there is still a segment of folks out there who cannot afford phones that cost a few hundred dollars, leaving them with choices that are narrowed down to regular feature phones. Well, having a feature phone is not all that bad, really, considering how handsets from this particular group tend to be a whole lot hardier than a smartphone. Ever owned a Nokia 3310? Yeah, that candybar handset was the bomb when it came to durability of a normal phone, barring those rugged handsets from the likes of Sonim. Well, Sprint has another standard feature phone for the masses, where it is known as the Samsung M370. Specially designed for practical customers who want to use the phone just to make and receive phone calls, snap photos once in a while, and send and receive text messages, the clamshell Samsung M370 does seem to be the perfect purchase. After all, it does ...
